This weekend we built a DIY wishing well for our engagement party with family. I included some clips from the engagement too to show you the ways we decorated for less than $100 and therefore spent more money on the important things, food. Sam also takes you along for autumn chores on the Aussie homestead, including moving sheep in the rain, tidying up the homestead, finding ways to always improve and move forward, and of course firewood. We hope you enjoy seeing how to make a wishing well for a wedding and are inspired by the different DIY pallet projects for the garden we have shared with you so far. At the end of our engagement the wishing well will make a lovely pot plant or feature in the garden, so worth spending the effort on. Though it feels like just a day on the Aussie homestead, with no real significance, it's an important day, because without it the next big ideas wouldn't have time to come to life. These are the chores that keep the homestead going.
