The Lakota and Sioux are the same people, I'm one of them.I make war clubs too,but for traditional dancers in pow wow I've never done a video on it though. This is top notch craftsmanship, and one of the best I've seen. I knew Russell Means for years, I was in Grand Junction Colorado,at a conference, one night I turned on the TV and he was in "Last of the Mohicans" ,we didn't know that he was going to be making a movie 🤣 , when I saw him again about six months later, I mentioned the movie, and I told him, " I didn't know you could run"😂 he didn't see the humor in that.

Good stuff. I thought he was very good in the movie. I really want to test the club on a watermelon but I am nervous I will miss and damage it. Thanks for the props and for watching. I did a lot of work researching and am glad to see people enjoy it. I would hate to get struck with one of these clubs.

Awesome video! I, too, loved the one Russell Means used in Last of the Mohicans. My daughter has been wanting me to make one for her; your video has shown me how to do it at home. Thank you!

Very nice. I've been watching a bunch of weaponsmithing vidoes, and this is one of the better ones.

I got the Ballhead and Gunstock from Cold steel, and I'm very impressed with their durability and utility. I can't wait to do some re enactment stuff and okichitah stuff
