Yessir! Idk if you know the original track/vocal sample or who's the one behind these vocals .. but if you don't.. then you'll know now! :D It's "Mista" Playa Dre (from the Skimask Troopaz) on The Gimisum Family's track "No Runnin' No Duckin'" I actually got a very good quality remastered version of this track on my soundcloud profile if you might wanna check this one out 🤷♂️ I also transcribed the whole lyrics for this track and a few other Gimisum, Skinny Pimp, Gangsta Blac tracks etc. @ genius tho ! I use the same name on soundcloud, like I do on KZitem (imagineadavidoutmusic) and I got a few High Quality remastered tracks on there, which I did remastered & enhanced by myself 🤝 When I say High Quality.. I MEAN HIGH QUALITY! 😤 I'd appreciate anyone who's gonna listen to my uploads mane! Hope y'all stay blessed and safe mane 🙏💯🍀

Crazy how close phonk is to its mother Memphis rap
@unknown_individual7050
Жыл бұрын
It came directly from it but in the past decade what people know as phonk has in and of itself changed. What people think is phonk has been growing farther from its roots in Memphis rap to the point that people just label Drift Phonk as the genre as a whole, which it isn't. Nobody is really to blame though because I think it's just because of how mystic the origins of Memphis rap are. I think this version of phonk should be preserved because while drift has its place, I think it gets overplayed.
@xoxoheartz
