You're doing awesome! Hopefully the samurai official motorization helps out! With the thin prints maybe try to use the power sander less, I only use a power sander for the first 80 grit then everything else is wrapping sand paper around a sponger 👍🏻

Thank you for the advice! The power sander may have been too rough on it. Hoping I can save those parts!🤞🏻

Did you try to used tree supports? I have a feeling that you would have fewer problems with support ”starting” on your model. I hope this sentence is understandable, I'm not a native English speaker.

Yes, I know what you mean! Unfortunately I use Prusaslicer which doesn’t have a tree support feature, or else I totally would.

Just watched all of your videos! I think a discord server would be cool for mini update pics and to talk to others in your community

Thanks so much for the support! And that would be cool! I am a member in frankly built’s discord but it would be cool to have a mini server as well. :)

I printed the backpack in mostly 1 peice 4 days 20 hours... I had to cut the front boosters off. For it to fit lol but I'm tall so I have to do it at 107% Nice to see everyone else's builds though

That’s great you got it mostly one piece, cutting it apart was such a pain lol. Love to see how everyone scales their suits differently for different body types! After I get it printed and wearable I plan on making a video on how I scaled it all to fit me, I figure it will be interesting since I’m 5ft😂
@Ravens_Craft_Cosplay
Жыл бұрын
@KiwibearBuilds That would be interesting yes. And it makes sense why you have to scale it down because I am 6 foot 4. I'm down to just having legs and arms to do. So a week or 2 more work. Hopefully, I'll have the rough product. I've thought about doing videos on it as well just don't have a great work space

@@Ravens_Craft_Cosplay yes, if I’m not wrong the suits are usually made about 6ft with long legs, so I bet it would fit you great! If you made videos on it I would definitely watch, I’d love to see more people build this suit! I don’t have a filming place either, I just sit on my couch when I make videos 😂

I started printintg MK39 one month ago. So far I only have printed the helmet. I am starting with the upper body, I have been checking the size and I need do to it at 125%. Maybe I am doing something wrong as I am 182cm.
