You might like the control better using a wax pen/pencil. Nail techs and ppl that use tiny stones use them to pick up and place beads, stones or ? Just a thought.

Laura - you can buy the syringes online in packages of 100 from Amazon or medical suppliers, which is more cost effective if you're going to do a lot of stoning - They're a "General Purpose Syringe" (3mL or 5mL) - but make sure you get ones that have a "Luer Lock." They seem to now sell the blunt needles separately, so you'll want "Luer Lock" blunt needles...that just means they screw on, so the thickness of the glue doesn't push the blunt needle off. If you're using big stones, sometimes you don't even need the blunt needle, but it makes dealing with tiny stones much more manageable. I would recommend the shorter blunt needle because it is less opportunity for the glue to dry in the needle.

I like E6000 but there are alot of glues that are good out there.
