All of them Look sofort good. After pouring, I liked the colorful sculpture. But my favourite one are the yellow and the green one, especially after painting. However, I was surprised how good the gray and white sculpture looked after painting, fantastic.

Yes, this! Christian is able to stretch himself in his use of media and color while staying true to his aesthetic. It's like listening to one of those musicians that can play a piece of music on a piano,then a guitar, then a violin, then an oboe...you get the idea 😂❤

It's not everyday I see a piece of art and say: Damn. That's some good art. It's almost unfair how talented you are compared to the rest of content-producing artists. What's next? I wouldn't be surprised if you made a video in which you cure cancer. "Good old Bean. Such a Bean thing to do." I liked the green, purple and gray the most, but only by a small margin. But they are all perfect. Just like you. :)

Hey blackbean!! doubt you’ll ever get to see this but i just wanted to say how much of an inspiration you’ve been to me to get back into being creative and loving art. I only recently discovered your channel (seriously like… 3 days ago or so😅) but I’ve just been binge watching all your videos and/or having them play in the background while I practice with oil pastels myself (sadly i only have the cursed faber castell ones with me, the ones you disliked a lot lol but it’s a start). From your art to your personality and humor, you’re a really funny and amazing person and you get me cracking up over all your intros and jokes in between videos! I really hope you continue doing youtube because you’ve just become one of my absolute favs and your energy is just unmatched. I love that you shared the whole story. The wisdom that sometimes you are on to something but you have to set it aside and give it time to marinate awhile, lol. These are incredible. I don't know if you know how inspiring you are to your audience. Keep taking chances and trying new things! Can't wait to see what you do next. Based on the title I thought you were somehow making clay out of the oil pastels and sticking them together with a heat gun to make some horrifying monstrosity, but this worked out so well! The multicolor one did turn out really cool, but the gray one actually looked really good once you painted it. Also dat booty doh!

I cackled when I saw the shiny booties. They are all such different individuals. Beautiful work. I have a box of projects that didn’t go as planned. I think I’m going to drag it out and see what I can do with that stuff.

Everytime I watch you I feel as if I'm watching the beginning steps of a world class artist. I believe your name will be spoken alongside the greatest artists in history. Ok you know you knocked it out the box. I love your art. It's so imaginative fun and weird enough to float my boat. The gloss in just spots added so much . Really was gonna say I need more. Then I see the end. I'm happy to wait for what ever your bringing. Great job.oved them . What are you gonna call them? Do they have names. Are they dolls or trolls or blips or blops? Or some way better name then my little brain knows.

I'd love to see these on display at an art gallery, and I think my favorite is the green one. The red paint really made it stand out in a way that is very visually pleasing way to me. Though I'm a bit worried about the varnish you used. I've always heard that it's not good to put acrylic on top of oils because over time it'll crack and flake off. I am not sure if it'd be the same with an acrylic varnish.

My favourite is the silver / grey creature. Very elegant -their hair looks like a little 👑. Congratulations on this original project. I hope these sculptures are snapped up by your art collectors. They would look fantastic in any modern home with a flair fkr contemporary and original art!

I think they’re all so unique and special. I could see them in a boutique or even in the craft section of target. Paint your own “BeanGuy” then watch as he wards off all evil spirits. I’m curious, how do you handle so much love and admiration? It must be so overwhelming but also fun and rewarding.

@@casinohabibi it looks like sculpey original. You can buy it at Walmart for cheap. It's a polymer clay. I don't usually use it for my sculptures on the exterior as it is pretty fragile in comparison to other polymer clays. I do use it for my armatures however (sculpture skeletons).

First, I think the green is my favorite, it looks like the love child of a papaya and a Brussels sprout. Next, part two looks freaking awesome!!! Really stoked for that! Third, I'm just getting into sculpting too!!! I have some interesting projects planned, and I'm having a blast. I wish my channel was bigger, because I think this was the coolest, most interesting project I've seen in ages and I just want everyone on the planet to come watch your video!! I LOVE how they’re all the same mould but with colours and paint, they all express different emotions and have different overall feelings when looked at. I’d also like to mention that I’ve never seen this guys videos before but, from the thumbnail, I instantly recognised his style as his. These two things make up an artist that I could only dream to be as great as one day. Wow.

Wow!!! My favourite was your whole process, so amazing to see you work through it, especially knowing you spent months just looking and thinking and waiting for the right time to develop- genius! I can’t pick just one as a favourite, I think it’s a series and should be exhibited as a whole. They kind of contrast and resonate with each other and make a whole new thing. The music you chose adds to the spookydream like vibes too.

Tip for sanding: do it in a bowl or a sink, so it’s underwater! You’ll not be inhaling all your little sanded bits that way and you’ll also be rinsing it as you go so you can more clearly see what to sand!

My favorite is the green one. Not sure why you don't like green. I cannot imagine a world without green. Now you have a bunch of chunky large oil pastels shaped like sculptures. Oh, after you painted them and made them shiny, the green one's hair looks like Broccoli. I really like the grey one too, it looks like it could be made of metal.

I finally got to watch to the end and I totally agree about restarting a "failed" project. They usually turn out to be some of my favorite pieces. Also, I still like them all and I'm impressed that the pastels held up so well as sculptures. I thought they would crack or something.

omgosh, when i was little i loved to sit with my mom on sunday mornings and peel the labels off my crayons. she would start by tearing a bit of the paper and i would peel off the rest while we watched tv. she said we'd do that for hours. i love your style. 🥰

LOL but I can imagine they are all CUTE!! **UPDATE** I finished the video!!! so my top 3 was the Yellow-Blue crying one in 3rd place, then 2nd place i think was the Blue one and 1st place was the Purple-Pink looking one.
