In this woodworking video I make a wall clock for my shop. I begin by milling up lumber for the 12x12 panels that was comprised of two 1/4" panels. One maple and the other walnut. After the panels were glued up I taped them down to the CNC machine and cut the clock face using a 30 degree V-bit and then switched over to a 1/4" spiral bit to cut the clock out of the panel.
After installing the hardware I applied one coat of an oil/wax finish and then hung the clock on the wall.
The first mistake I made was actually with my illustrator file. I forgot to rotate the numbers to make them 90 degrees essentially, and the second issue was with the toolpath for the logo. I ended up cutting them too deep which makes them kind of hard to read. I've since fixed both issues for future clocks if I decide to make anymore.
