In this video I am going to begin the process of building a slip joint trapper, a folding pocket knife commonly reffered to as a sodbuster. This is the first in the series and we will explore not only the mechanics of building the knife but also the knife shop, tools techniques and some safety concerns. I am relatively new to the art of folding knives. I have made a couple in the past with varying degrees of success. I am now in a learning phase and taking you along for the ride. When this knife and series is complete I will be giving it away to one of you and then we can start the next build. I hope you follow along and enjoy the build, I hope you learn with and have fun being a part of the experience. After all this is supposed to be fun. Hit the subscribe and notifications icon and come back every Sunday for the 1830 PST live feed. I might just be giving away something else cool and you have to be there to win it. By all means support this channel by sharing the hell out of it, and checking out the links that I put down below. --Norseman
