In this video I learned a few things.
1. Get a smaller chicken
2. Remove the skin from the chicken
Other than that I though that this turducken came our very delicious. Moist, smoky, cooked evenly. There were no dry pieces on this bird and I think that brining it and wrapping it with that cheese cloth really helped out.
I personally didn't like the duck as I found it to be a little overcooked (170F) is too much for me when eating duck but it was very flavorful and the entire experience was really cool..
