My grandfather was a woodworker. His workshop was full of different chisels, plains, wood mallets, and handmade clamps. When I was young, I was surrounded by the house stuff made by him. He left this world 30 years ago, but I still clearly remember him. Thank you for making me recalling him! You've made a wonderful chisel!

While the chisel is another work of artistry, the cats cannot be surpassed for their elegance. Gifts from God, all three. I only have a couple of years’ experience as a blacksmith, but a half-century with cats. I know the look of a happy and contented one who loves its family. That’s different from merely living comfortably with a family.

My father was an “old school “ carpenter, he kept a box of Sheffield steel chisels similar to the one you have made, however none had such a beautiful handle as this one of yours. Incredible attention to detail. I learned a new way to add tool steel to make the cutting edge.
