I don't believe that kid actually beat you in the end. We need to see a rematch under an official ruleset. Other than that, great build. Inspired to build my own.

Another guy did a video using an old dumbbell. I was unwilling to cut the only set I have... still using them as dumbbells. =)

You didn't give any dimensions? Table height, width, thickness of the plywood. Looks good, but a few measurements details would have been good.

That one nice table top. I wrap the elbow pad using ducktape to make it more firm before applying the cover.

Just want to add, table edge sweet spot is 4 inch thick. Feel good when you dig your hip against the table edge.

What did you use for the pins and the metal grommets on the table where the pins go?

Old aluminum tubing that I cut off an obscure tool handle and aluminum rod I had on hand from Lowe's. You could just as easily use automotive gas line and steel rod from Lowe's.

How much measure the support pin? It seems to have about 6 inches? The elbow pad 2 inches, and the beat pad 4??

If you're referring to the pens the go through the holes in the table, I didn't measure them. For the elbow pads they probably stick out about an inch and a half. For the pin pads they probably stick out 2 inchs.

if you are interested in the dimensions, I made a video about it. the bars I used are ~27 cm long, 15cm is above table, the rest is below table level for securign the bar.

Awesome video,can I ask you about the holes on the elbow pads and where should I put the bolts on them.Also what's the measurment of that hole next to the elbow pads which is for changing the position of the pin pad?I would be very appreciative If you can help me out with it,because I can't seem to find info.

Not a chance, those handles are very secure. I did have to reinforce the legs with lag bolts though.
