The second of two Haversack Projects replicates the kind of gear sold in Dry Goods and General Stores in towns and villages across America in the time before there was a large nationwide Outdoor Products Industry serving trekkers and backwoodsmen. This Haversack occupies the Historic space between homemade gear and Army surplus and more expensive catalog goods from outfits like Abercrombie & Fitch and LL Bean.
