Beki, this is great! I want to see another 100 videos just like this! Of the dozens (or hundreds) of Vectric videos I’ve watched over the past 5 years, this is the best. I want to learn to do this right here.

This was a very good instructional video Bekki. Very glad you took the time to put this together and go over each step. I like that you show how to save at arious points and build on the mode but have an escape plan of going back to good points if there is a goof up along the way. i will say that I use two computers for my vectric modeling work a MacBook and a Windows computer. Neither of them seem to work as smoothly as your computer appears to while in the modeling mode. I understand the MacBook is running under parallels so it may be part of the reason why it isn't as smooth. But, my windows version is tricked out with 32GB of GPU, 16 GB Ram, and a 4TB Drive (gaming computer). I realize you were not doing the actual modeling live time for the video because of need to speed up certain parts of modeling. But does you computer work as smoothly as it appears in the video when no intentionally speeding up the process? I am mainly talking about when you use the tools/trigger icons for adjusting heights and fades etc. Your computer seems to work smoothly where mine seems to be "jerky" as I try to adjust my shapes and see them. I am wondering is that me being heavy handed or is there something that I need to adjust to make the modeling process more smooth - similar to how I see you adjusting things. Maybe you can't answer because you can't see what I am talking about, but thought I would throw it out there. Thanks agian for the excellent tutorial. Looking forward to seeing you and Todd in October in Austin.
