Liked the video right up to when you put that junk snap swivel on. You make a great frame especially when you twist the eye. If your going to make a quality bouncer put a cross lock swivel on it. Those junk ones pull open on big fish and snags. Good video.

kzitem.info/news/bejne/yohr0WyurXidhWk It's made by Twistech. Can't remember where I bought it online, but I shopped around and found the best price I could find. I really need to do a video on that thing. lol

Thanks Shawn. You have been a big help to me. I started bouncing for eye's on the St Clair river this year and cringe at the price of these things, especially when I leave them attached to something in the river. Got a mold on the way, and picked up a 1lb spool of .041 stainless steel wire at Harbor Freight for 9$.

+CarvDog Angling Thank you. I did end up buying a wire twister to make the loops and it saves a bunch of time. I make these to sell and give as gifts so it was worth buying the tool to twist the wire. The tool I bought is from Twistech and there are videos on YT that show it's use. I should make a video of that.

+Shawn Andera awesome I'll look into that! have you tried any other wire? I've heard of people using piano wire. . that stuff is really cheap per ft...

+CarvDog Angling I haven't ever heard of using piano wire. Now sure of bendy it is so it would stay straight. If it's real flexible, it could certainly be used as a steel leader.

Great idea, making your own, i don't use them a whole lot, but when i do i tend to lose quite a few, and that runs into some money...maybe i'll make my own now, gotta be a bit cheaper, right. Nice video buddy.!!

Thanks a bunch Swamp. It ends up a lot cheaper to make them yourself if you have the tools to do it. The mold cost about 40$ online. An old pot to melt lead in and a ladle would cost about 10$. Initial cost would be a little bit, but in the long run, it pays for itself.

No I did not. The tool is made by Twistech. kzitem.info/news/bejne/yohr0WyurXidhWk is a video of the tool. I can't remember where I got it from, but I searched around online for the cheapest price.
