I tried making bread in an oven bag and am very pleased with the result and made this bread over and over again 🥰 It is such a bread that has a crispy crust but is soft inside and delicious!
Also, vegans can enjoy this bread to their heart's content.

INGREDIENTS:
300 ml warm water
2 tsp sugar
1 tbsp instant yeast (or dry yeast)
3 tbsp sunflower oil
1 tsp salt
3 cups and all-purpose flour ( add 1/4 cup flour if needed)
BAKE in an OVEN BAG at 200°C / 400°F - 35 minutes until it's golden brown.
