Moist and rich chocolate castella recipe
*ingredient
60g soft flour
26g cocoa powder
67 g vegetable oil
90g milk
4 egg yolks
1g salt
155 g egg whites
95g sugar
2 g lemon juice
*Oven temperature (based on the oven I use: Wiswell)
Preheat at 150 degrees for 20 minutes
Bake 150 degrees for 15 minutes, 130 degrees for 60 minutes (total 75 minutes)
