Since it's Valentine's Day in a little while, I prepared a delicious cake recipe.
I served it with cherry cream on a chocolate cake sheet, and it was so delicious.
Why didn't I know that the chocolate and cherry combination was so good?

▪️Ingredients (based on round 1 bottle)
✔️chocolate cake sheet
50g cocoa powder
102g hot water
100g eggs
3g vanilla extract
158g sugar
0.5g salt
102g warm milk
93g unsalted butter
170g soft flour
2g baking soda
2g baking powder
✔️Cherry Puree
100 g cherries
40g sugar
3g cornstarch
5g lemon juice
Both raw and frozen cherries are fine, but frozen cherries are much darker in color. Frozen cherries are recommended for puree!
✔️Cherry Cream
70g cream cheese
25g sugar
100g cherry puree
40g mascarpone cheese
(If there is none, substitute the same amount of cream cheese)
120g fresh cream
▪️How to make
✔️chocolate cake sheet
1. Pour hot water into cocoa powder and mix.
2. Add eggs, vanilla extract, sugar, and salt and mix.
3. Add warm milk and melted unsalted butter and mix.
4. Sift flour, baking powder, and baking soda and mix.
5. Divide into two cake tins and tap to remove air bubbles.
6. Bake in a preheated oven for 20 minutes or more at 170℃ for 35 minutes. *If you are using only one cake mold, use a high mold and increase the baking time by 10 to 20 minutes. Be sure to check if it is cooked through to the inside with a skewer test.
7. Place on a cooling rack to cool completely.
8. Make cherry puree and cool it down.
9. After the cake sheet is completely cooled, cut it and sand the cherry cream.
10. (Optional) Top with cherries and rosemary to finish

Store in the refrigerator, consume within 3 days :)
