'The Balance is incredibly fragile' - For someone that English is not their first language, that is an incredibly poetic and beautiful term of phrase.

First of all, let me say, the choice of using “For Nujabes” as your music really spoke to me because I’m obsessed with it at the moment. I want to “rant” for a bit if you could really call it that. Rafi I’m not sure if you remember me or not, but I’m that insecure kid you had on your livestream a couple of years ago trying to make it in the world of minecraft building. I made Omashu from Avatar the Last Airbender. I remember becoming obsessed with your videos due to a video about your exchange in japan. It was a pretty dark time in my life, and I just remember it inspiring me to a level I haven’t experienced a lot recently. But anyways, you put me in a voice call with you and offered to make me a thumbnail for that video, teaching me how I should really run a KZitem channel. Ever since I talked to you, I realized I wanted to experience the world in a way that you do, and make content in a similar form. All of this to say, I’m in my last year of highschool, and I’m terrified. ALL of my friends are applying to college (including me) and I see this inevitable path of school and then typical life of suburbia ahead of me. I want to escape that. I want to travel the world and make artistic videos for people to once again be inspired by. I’ve been thinking about my future a ton, and It’s filled with uncertainty. At least I can know what I really want to due thanks to these videos. Thanks rafi. Even though you probably don’t even comprehend the impact you’ve had on my life, thank you. Hell, you even got me into nujabes during COVID and he’s still one of my favorite artists.

Good video! quite reflective hehe. I agree with ''the balance is incredibly fragile'' but if you see it in other aspects of life, you can also apply this phrase to them, and even so knowing this we still move on...so cheer up rafi, just keep the balance as you feel or see it better, we'll always be supporting you ❤ PD: Try to not overthink too much xd

I'm having trouble with myself, I think i started to lose some of my control over me that i always had fully and now i feel so sick and tired and disgusted, nothing makes me feel relived anymore and I'm about to go mad like seriously my brain is begging me to understand itself but I'm so in the corner that i feel like the only thing i can do rn is to wait so yeah as a follower of urs for years i can say that listening to your thoughts crushing in ur head or maybe overthinking made me want to just breathe and stop for just a sec so thank you. I don't think a person ever should disappoint herself/hisself so take your time and do whatever you crave at any time i like ur content, take care see you on your next video

Well said Rafi! Like a lot of us, I started tuning in around the time you did HS in Japan and I think what I liked the most about it all … was you :) don’t lose that in the overthinking! You have the IT factor my boy, just enjoy yourself because that’s when you made the videos that introduced us to your channel

Hey Rafii, I think I get what you're saying in this video and, I really think that you have a good point of view of this sort of situation, cause I really feel that making, or trying to make content of your live is just like stop living it, but I dunno, it is really hard to analize a situation I haven´t been in so I just wish you good luck for you to figure out what's the best way to have a balance between your YT channel and your live. Greetings from Colombia!

That's what I think when I see all the vloggers hanging around and posting kinda everyday, but when you think about the creator's life I feel like “I wouldn't wanna have the pressure of recording every thing which I see, I just wanna experience some things and keep some part of mine to myself." Just keep this mindset that you have now, it's really great outlook on your life as of now, things will evolve in a new way and we'll always love how this Rafi will turn out. Good Work brother.

live the moment, the only time you should be pulling out your camera to record is if you feel that in that moment you wish your friend who is in another country were with you to be in that moment with you... not sure if that made sense but basically it shouldn't feel forced for you to pull out the camera to record

I think ultimately, this is a thing where the harder you try, the less you end up with. Just go do something mundane like eating a ramen bowl, and shoot the shit with the camera. Boom, that’s your video. You’re a cool dude, you’ll get some bangers from just that tbh.
@BarknoorZ

This is exactly why I upload once every 2 months, sometimes even longer hehehe. I also think it's important to give myself some time between living the moment and rewatching the footage I took of it, because I don't want the camera's perspective to replace my perspective and genuine experience. I just try not to look at what I've filmed until it's been a while. I want these memories to be mine first, before they can belong to anyone else. And I want some time to process whatever it is I've lived through, or what I was feeling, before it's out there. You're definitely not overthinking, it happens to us all :)

As someone who enjoys your videos, I'm not really disappointed that you don't upload all the time. After all, for you, it's more of a hobby than a job, and you should get to have fun with your hobbies. Editing can be very time-consuming too, so for many viewers to expect consistent content is a bit close-minded. You do a good job at being entertaining, and also being real at the same time

Firstly i want you to know that me exactly don't wanna make any pressure on you how frequently you should be making your videos. I appreciate you make a rare and quality content. I just would be glad if you let us know you live more often. For some time i haven't seen any your activity so i sometimes think you've just ended. Had enough of youtube and insta. If this should ever come true i'll be glad if you let us know. Like "guys, it's over, no more Rafi-vids." Second thing on my mind is that I've become your fan and i hate myself for it. I consider beeing fan of someone to be childish, especially in my age. I've never been a fan of anyone as far as i know. Those are my thoughts right now. Wish you well Rafael! i am Peruvian my friend, i try to give you my point of view in despite my poor english, my advice to u is... try to write in a papper what things will make u feel happy in japan, maybe visit some place or eat some special food, and then only go for it, because when you feel happy about things you love to do you will flow, is you worried about people coments, says you what things you must to do there, you feel obligated to work, so forget and flow. enjoy Japan :)
