First rule: Switch off all "news" and be mindful of where you place your attention. I am looking at white fluffy clouds, the sea and some trees out the front, that's my world and there is no fear when I look at these

I decided, in light of my wavering belief, to make an evidence list. Every time I see evidence that this is PDP I write it down. If my pain goes up mysteriously after I see a video on how to “fix” that type of pain or when I feel nervous about going somewhere or whatever I write it down. If my pain goes down when I’m feeling more safe I write it down. Evidence list. I can look at it when the pain is high and say “look brain it’s right there. Get with the program. “ 😂

Surely its far more fearful and terrifying if you actually were given a diagnosis of some sort... 😱 No-one wants to hear those sort of words..... The great philosopher Napoleon Hill stated: 'Whatever the mind of man can conceive and believe - it can achieve... ' This statement also applies to the good / positive / happy experiences in life too.. Choose thoughts wisely.. ❤❤❤

Hi Dan thank you so much thanks to you I made that decision that this is TMS at first I thought it was the pain from the herniated discs maybe it was at first but now I know it's not the brain perceived Danger two words will help you cope when you run low on hope, Accept and Trust accept the mystery of hardship suffering Misfortune or mistreatment don't try to understand it or explain it accept it!! Deliberately trust God to protect you by His power from this very moment to the dawning of Eternity Proverbs 3:26 the Lord will be your confidence and will keep your foot from being caught. On third week of Sciatica - I can walk now though very slowly for a few blocks so I would say my leg is 80 percent better - chronic fatigue though - I am a verry angry person on the inside because of what I went through for so many years. Rage and anger - my thoughts are making me angry but I feel like I have an automatic thought process of particular thoughts that make me angry - I started journaling Nicole Sachs type journaling.

Awesome as always! About a week ago, my back tightened up just by standing up. Now, years ago, I would struggle with sitting down and getting up. It was very painful overcame that my back was in misery. I knew it was. I thought it was sort of funny the day it gave me a little trouble, for the most part it’s like never existed. With this information I can rethink my colorful symptoms that has brought me a lot of peace of mind. Thank you for everything you do for all of us. You are truly awesome!

My problem is the tests were done before the main symptoms happened. So my brain keeps saying what if this happened after the MRI. They wont do another so it’s hard for my brain to accept especially when flare up is extreme!!

If you can't believe it you'll have to find money to go privately. The main symptoms happened because of the fear of "what if" they missed something. That's a scared brain imo. Wishing you calm 🙏

@@PainFreeYou thanks my osteopath thinks I have birth trauma from forceps delivery as I’ve had headaches all my life and she can feel I have a very tight skull. I know I have lots of fear and past trauma and seems like my whole body tightens all the time especially my base of my skull, neck , shoulders , tmj. Whether it’s from birth I don’t know but it’s definitely from a build up of fear recently

@@sherylmarshall1444 I have a strong doubt that a birth trauma is causing you all these symptoms. The body heals. Take the FIT assessment and if you answer one or more question as true, it is perceived danger, not from birth. IsThisPDP.com

Hey Dan, thank you for your work. I really appreciate your doing. Just some things that triggered me a little bit. Even if a doctor diagnoses you with a disease that is (in his opinion) incurable it is not „A fact“. The mind and body are one unit and TMS „healing“ can also work for „real“ diseases (whatever that is). Or do you see that differently ? Greetings Timo

Hey Timo. There is absolutely no downside to the approach I teach everyday for TMS / Perceived Danger Symptoms. However, I hesitation to suggest that this approach will cure diseases. This approach can help, but some diseases need medical intervention.

IsThisPDP.com - it is in the TEXT of the page. It's not a link that you click. Just read the questions and make a note of how many true answers you have. If you have one or more true answer, it's TMS / PDP / Mindbody.
