TIM from Canada if you were on your fields and you are wrapping to prevent any heat buildup or dust and heavy collections open up side doors so your exposing your Baylor this way the dust in the hair are automatically shot out the sides by keeping the doors open this prevents buildup blockage and overheating. Just another tip from a old farmer this is what I was told when I was young bailing hay, keeping the doors open prevents blockage overheating, and it will keep your neck wrap from being exposed to the dust in the head it just shot out

When I farmed as a kid we had old IH M's and a 400 IH and a JD G & A that was in the 50's 60's nothing but small square bales that was picked up by hand and hand stacked in the barn. Lots of hard work but it kept me out of trouble and in good shape. I'm 70 y/o now and enjoy seeing that old iron still doing the job. I enjoy your videos young lady, it's nice to see young people doing the hard work and with a great attitude. God Bless y'all from SC.

"Lots of error codes but they don't mean anything" yea, you're a farmer all right. That JD 863 hayrake is as good a rake as was ever made. Made in the 50s/60s, I bought one used and it took me 35 years to wear it out. Put real JD teeth on it, they cost twice as much but last five times as long as the aftermarket ones. New subscriber about a couple weeks ago, I'm quite impressed, you're the real thing alright. The farm is beautiful and you are as well. Best regards from Indiana.

Do crows pick the bales after being wrapped? Over hear in Ireland they do pick them when they are left out in the middle of the field. We put them in single rows along by ditches if we cant draw them in straight away. Than they don't pick them. Might be an odd one picked.

I've been watching Tay's videos for a couple of months now. I have so many questions lol. Does anyone know how Taylor became an employee at this farm? it seems to be just the 2 of them doing everything. Does her family have their own farm? I know she is hoping to buy this farm one day and I certainly hope she can because she is such a dedicated hard worker and her knowledge of farm life is invaluable. Not to mention the labor intense activities. I watch Tay working and all I can think about is my back would be in spasms from all that bending and lifting. She seems pretty young so she can do it all right now. I pray for the farming community everyday because they are so under appreciated!!! If people realized the amount of hard work, expense and adversities went into farming, they would support ALL local farmers. BTW, love the cows!!!!

You two should put together a hitch that is offset on that Deere rake and pull the New Idea behind it, it saves alot of time. I got a video up of one I built for a similar Deere and pull another Deere behind it that I put a dolly wheel on. I like bar rakes, but they take forever in a big field and where I am wheel rakes get to much crap in windrows so they are out. The hitch to pull two roll bar rakes helps speed things up alot.

What an inspiring video for farmersor new farmers or old farmers. It shows how you have to have multiple tractors to do the work. Shame that the one tractor broke, but at least you had a back up. I would love to be able to come up and work on your farm for a day, but that is not a feasible option. My work ethics are very good but my body can't do that any more. I am well beyond my prime. But as always keep on farming and God bless.

It would go along with your introducing them and if you had it there for 5-10 seconds it gives people a chance to pause the video and comment or like it, you can have the link for next and previous videos show.
