I have a couple of suggestions, in the shower you could use some white plastic trim between the ceiling and the tiles. Regarding the dinette, how about putting drawers under the long part, you can easily get 4, and a cupboard in the short part. It will be a lot of work but worth it in the end. Another really good vlog, I look forward to the revamp.

You can buy magnetic fly screens for your door from home bargains, b&m. They are about £3.99. You just cut them down to size and screw them top and sides to the existing frame and they work a treat. Had mine up for 3 years now x

@@LiveaboardLifestyle I have just rewatched your last vlog, and ooooooo yes black worktops & white kitchen cupboard doors (would you go for glossy or matt?) would look gorgeous! I live in a very hard water area, so a black sink would be a no go! But it would be fabulous in your plan. The boat is looking great. You've done wonders with it. Just a thought about a screen for that door. I don't know if it would work (just off the top of my head) but could you get something like a roller blind but with an insect screen instead of material? Then when you open the door you could unroll it and it would cover the doorway.

Hmm ... there's gotta be a way to make a screen for that aft door, it just needs the right stroke of genius. Let's see, the existing solid door swings in, there are steps right outside the door so a screen door can't swing out like on the porch of our house in Georgia in the 1970s. Here's an idea; am not sure how realistic/valid it is & I'm not sure where such a thing would be stowed when not in place and in use ... but ... what about an entire screen door-with-doorframe unit with thin doorframe of aluminum, and it essentially press-fits in to existinig door opening when solid door is open and secured to hook on wall? The frame to the screen door would rest where the solid door itself would rest in the door frame when closed? Details of how screen door frame would be secured when in use still need to be worked out. One idea is that pins could push through screen door's 'doorframe' in to metal tubes set in to solid door's frame. When opened to pass through, the door part of the assembly would swing inward to rest against the hooked open solid door. The door opening wold be effectively narrowed a bit, but that is one way to have a screen and access both.
