the park, tv, and video games increase happiness by an amount and the amount of time you spend doing it, increases how long the buff lasts for every hour you spend on it

Lord Pravus, playing games and watching TV bumps up your happiness more. You should also set up a HQ and start importing the products you want to sell. It's much more profitable. Love all your content ❤️. PS: If your equipments aren't enough for the store. It will hinder your customer capacity, in other words you can make more money from your stores😂😂

was thinking the same thing kind of like GTA and the sims merged together i mean if you play the way pravus is playing with no help you can pretty much set your starting money to 0 and build it up kind of like a rags to riches type thing

The cash register has a queue as well, but both it and the checkout has crap default queue paths, basically at the door making people walk to door, opening it, and then turning around to go pay. Also really short, leading to the stealing situation. You can make a custom path by entering the Interior Design mode and right clicking the register/checkout, a menu will pop up with "Set custom path" and "Reset path".

I liked it so far! Can't wait for the next parts. Though it seems kinda too easy, is there any realism/realistic difficulty? That would be fun! I'll have to follow this games updates ✨✨

The dev's last game, Startup Company, tackled a similar theme and promised the same kind of potential, but wound up more as an incremental game with 'startup' flavor. So I would bet that the base game will remain very gamey. Maybe a modder will take up interest.

Right now you kind of have to do it to yourself if you want to balance it. For example, it's like 150K to set up a 72 lawyer (36 Full time, 36 part time for 7x11h days) firm and a further 20k or so to train them up, at which point they will just start throwing 200k a day at you if you charge the recommended $800/h. Honestly, you can be running 10 large businesses with 500 employees producing nearly a million a day with 10 million in investments and rocking a 10 truck fleet within the first year (Before Day 61) And that's not even speedrunning it. So if you want to make it harder, you'd have to sell products for less to skinny your margins. Though a gift shop in NY making 240K per year is not entirely unthinkable.

you can see your max amount of customers per shop equipment you own and have stocked in the shop stats. the customers coming in when youre in the store are only visual, but do impact stats when walking in and out for some reason. limit how often you enter and exit during open hours
@djohnnyemaus
Жыл бұрын
for example, having 4 cash registers 4 clothing racks, but only 1 jewelry case will limit capacity significantly. having more than needed will also be a waste, because there is a maximum. make sure to check those stats, you might already know, but i haven't seen you look at that screen

jewelry is actually extremely profitable and you can mix what you sell in shops. the best method is to go to the second loan location, take a huge loan and basically win the game lol, but that's boring

Isn’t the clothing store doing a ton of money on Saturday and Sunday cuz… it’s the weekend? Also if the store was real the ideal day to have deliveries is Tuesday cuz it’s the less valuable day of the week.

Breaks my heart every time you don't pause and just watching the clock tick away. Whole benefit of having all the items on shelves before you open a store is that you can do it while paused. Then again, I know you're playing this in an entertaining way, not an efficient way.

37k a day? At that rate it'd only take a little below 1.2 million days to be able to buy a social media platform and run it into the ground like a moron. Also parking fines are only $125 a day so, just like in real life, it only matters to poor people. Once you got a store decently going you can park whereever you want. On the sidewalk? You got it. In the middle of the road blocking lanes in both directions? Go for it! Right smack in the middle of an avenue intersection? What are you waiting for!?
