What a great idea for inhalers! I visited your lovely country and state last week for work and am afraid I caught a cold when I was there! Your inhaler would be of great help just now! Back in Scotland but with lovely memories of Austin. Keep up the great work, Patrick!

I love this! what an amazing idea. I am with you, as much as we try to be environmentally friendly, some products are just a little hard to do so safely. I love your little casks.

Hello Patrick I hope you are feeling better every day, this is a fantastic ,idea I buy a lot of these for winter but I would love to make my own. Your infusion method is very interesting and informative. I love your little casks, in Australia these are very very expensive just the casks themselves. I have so much nettle around my house. I noticed last video how close to 3000 you were congratulations

Hi Sir , I have never seen such things making at home and you have done it wonderfully. Those casks are something new for me, I know those are used in wine making and all. but you have a collection of cute sized casks at home...amazing. And you are using it to make potions and medicines. I do infusions for soaps and creams, but what you do and how you do it's not possible for others. ..no offense to anybody ... I mean to say your style and ways of doing are totally different. I enjoyed every bit. God bless you. More and more such videos to come. TFS.

Great job!! Last year I made some Elderberry syrup for some family members. My husband absolutely HATES the smell of the berries cooking. I'm now band from making the syrup ever again.

Hi Patrick :D Some awesome things you have in this video. Something everyone could use from time to time. You are amazing and so talented with all you make my friend. Big thumbs up to you on all your recipes and techniques. How long would you say the inhalers and the tinctures last? Big hugs to you and I hope you stay healthy. As the one in charge of your farm and animals care you cant afford to get sick. You have to work, work, work and for that your health is priority. It's a good thing you have lots of tried and true remedies for helping if you do get sick along with handed down recipes to ease pain and give some comfort if need be. Have a blessed week at work my friend :D

Is it alcohol/antiseptic can mix with essential oil?
@imathens
3 жыл бұрын
Hi!! I watched the oil infusion videos also. I was wondering if I should just make the menthol oil at 5% for the inhalers? I also want to add the menthol oil to another essential oil blend. I was thinking of using 20 drops instead of soaking them because these oils are expensive! Ex: making a lavender menthol oil blend.

I think my other question is: if I decide NOT to soak, do you think 20 drops of oil will be somewhat the same as soaking them? Thank you!!!

Hi Athena, You can certainly add the drops to the pad inserts rather than soaking, give it a shot

Give it a try, sometimes by experimenting with different proportions can lead to fantastic discoveries, I prefer mentol with camphor and peppermint, while others prefer wintergreen and eucalyptus, there are so many variations you can try.
