I drive screws through the joints to get them nice and tight while the glue sets, but they tend to move around while the screws find their way through. I'm definitely adding tape to the process! That's a great idea! Also love the stencil too

Start out at 20.7 degrees and go from there , I did it along time ago but can’t remember what it was but if you start there and go up and down you will get it

At what angles were the sides cut as well as the top piece??? This looks awesome!!!

Side angle is one side is 90 degree, and the other side is 45 degree. I thought the top piece angle was total 140 degree around. Actually I don't remember that, I think the top side was 60 degree and the under side was 80 degree. Anyway, there is a slight error so you have to adjust. Good luck!

no sand. this is only waterbased paint. no friction.
