This week I started increasing my activity by a ton through walking a lot more, and implementing bicycle riding whenever I feel like going for one. Weight loss should speed up a bit from here on out. Made all time PRs on several exercises in training as well, including low bar squat, deadlift, chin up, high bar squat and push up.
