Love the long vlog. If work online is so busy you are crazy to do markets. Then you can get out your online orders faster. Make what takes the least amount of time with the most money to be made. It’s amazing how you remember all those names! Great job

I wondered that as well, and my mothering instinct kicks in and I want her to rest....lololo...ha! But she must have a good reason why she stays in markets, possibly one avenue to keep her product in sight, you want your home team on your side.

Love your videos! I always watch them while I'm working on my stuff, it's so relaxing lol Have you ever thought about doing a video about how you researched your hair claws, elastic, and general wholesale kind of suppliers? I don't mean to ask where exactly you get all your stuff, just how you did the searching. I keep ending up on sites like Alibaba where they charge shipping per item and it makes shipping more expensive than the items themselves! my hair accessory business is EXTRA tiny right now and I'm only just expanding from scrunchies to claws and things but I had a hard time finding good elastic too.

Taylah, have you thought of approaching a box maker with a design of your own box, dimensions, color, cardboard quality, etc? In the long run it would be much more cost effective. The initial cost will be higher, due to them making the cutting dye, which will "be yours", but your monthly orders (if you have a standard fixed monthly order) should be cheaper. Just a suggestion, can't hurt to find out. I used to source packaging for my business and found this to benefit me most 😉

Hi Taylah! I'm a new subscriber to your channel and I like your videos a lot :). I'm learning to be an accountant to help and advise small businesses, so I really like to see how you're managing everything! I also learned the word 'heaps' thanks to you, haha (I had to look it up the first time since English isn't my first language). Wish you all the best with your business and your channel, keep it up :)!

Hope you took some time out for your birthday Taylah ♥ Isn't it funny how sometimes, regardless of how long we've been in business, that we just can't predict what the market will like the most? Those markets will keep you very, very busy on top of your online orders! Your Christmas fabrics are such fun. I'm sure they'll do really well for you. You're doing such a great job with everything that you have on your plate. Perhaps at this time of the year, especially, you could hire some help even if it's to cut fabric and/or sew the tubes and flip them. I can fully understand you wanting to keep control of finishing your scrunchies to ensure quality control and so forth. It's difficult, I know, to ask for help because it can feel like you're handing something that's integral to you over to someone else but if you choose the jobs carefully, everything should be alright. My goal is to have at least two "pop-up" market stalls in my front garden in the lead up to Christmas. Perhaps more if I can keep pain at bay (I need to be a bit careful as I've just spent a couple of weeks in hospital getting my pain back to a manageable level). I've got lots of lovely sewn gifts and also potted plants to sell. I live adjacent to a very busy road so great exposure with banners and balloons on my front fence. At least at home, I can easily pack up if I'm not feeling good. Best wishes as always, Simone x

Thank you so much Simone x I did have the day off Rhys treated me to a lovely day 😃 markets are definitely so unpredictable especially with the weather! Yes exactly it’s so hard to allow someone else to help 😞 I do hope your able to get back to a manageable pain level and that’s a fabulous idea to set up your own stall! Much easier for you. Thank you as always for your lovely comment 🥰

Hi Taylor. With reference to your problem with blank sheets whilst printing out your name tags. Check that your curser has NOT GONE ONTO PAGE 2 as this will print out as blank. Just delete the page 2 and make sure your cursor is on Page 1 then save it and it should print out OK next time.

I think it was “Maria” you called the pattern fabric, but it’s like a red print that goes in rows. I used the same fabric for a Scrunchie I made for myself and when I sweated on my neck, it made the red come off and show up on my shirt and neck. Do you wash your fabrics? And what would be the best and safest way to? I’ve never washed the fabrics but I now discovered I might need to sometimes
@TaylahRose

Hey Marissa! I’ve actually noticed that fabric bleed when I ironed it for bows! I didn’t think about it that it may do that, I don’t wash any of my Scrunchie fabrics but for mask fabrics I wash with similar colours in hot water washing machine with a tiny bit of detergent and tumble dry as well. Red is such a hard colour I usually avoid it because of how easy it is to run.

Hi! new subscriber here! I am hipnotized with your videos! ❤️ only one year and I will be having my own room for sewing and cant wait to do something like you have, everything soo clean and organized... I have just one question regarding your scrunchies. on the video you are sewing not using back stich, does your machine do it automatically? I would be scared that without the back stich everything would just open overtime so if singer are doing it automatically I have to buy it! ❤️❤️ happy birthday!

Hey! I don’t back stitch, I use 1mm stitch across which is so small there is no chance of it opening, no issues in 3 years with this method ☺️
