Mince samosas:
350g lamb mince
1 tsp salt
1/2 teaspoon crushed ginger and garlic
1 tablespoon Mrs Balls chutney
1 teaspoon barbecue spice
1/4 teaspoon dried mixed herbs
2 small onions finely chopped
Mint leaves
Spring onion leaves finely chopped
Dhania/coriander leaves
Sweetcorn and Cheese:
250g sweetcorn
Rama/Margarine to fry (1 tablespoon)
1 teaspoon salt
Crack of black pepper
Chillie powder (optional)
Mixed herbs
1 small onion finely chopped
Mint leaves
Spring onion leaves
Grated cheese
Samosa Pur, about 48 (2 dozen mince, 2 dozen sweetcorn and cheese)
2 tablespoon flour and water to form paste
Samosas can be filled and kept frozen until ready to eat
