made this few years ago, this needs high temp and quick mix while cooking. then fold it as soon as the outside look solid then flip it. the inside of the egg will runny but has solid outside layer

@Tortilla.Reform no it's the title based on his past channel babish doesn't always binge It is referring to the Make it Big channel thing where he tended to disastrously make large wasteful versions of food (like a Ramen bowl in a mixing bowl) and the Weeb us cuz he regularly misquoted and misses critical details from the shows

If you wanna try this, try french omelette first a few times, it's similar but easier. Btw the nonstick pan must be in decently working order, I see few people mentioning this.

I can do this fairly consistently nowadays. The most important thing is beating the eggs really really thoroughly. I prefer to go on medium heat, before turning off the heat once the eggs hit the pan.

I would love to try one of these. However, the Army killed me trying runny scrambled eggs for life (even if they were powered). I can do over easy no problem, but not scrambled. It sucks.

The eggs must be salted and beaten heavily much prior to ANY attempts. If the eggs are not properly scrambled and seasoned/salted, the omurice will not form into the egg-curd balloon. Use an immersion blender on the eggs, salt them, then blend again and let them rest for a minimum of 15 minutes at room temperature. This and having a pan with the right amount of lip/curvature is all there is to it minus 100s of hours of practice. Best of luck.

I think there's a mixture going on and not just plain egg, maybe something to thin the egg out, like soy sauce and wine or some type of japanese mix, maybe even water I'm no chef, it just makes sense
