This is a water roux bread that I made by hand-kneading and using homemade water roux. Unlike the bread I posted before, this bread has a moist texture with visible chicken breast-like texture, thanks to the water roux. I find that water roux bread is chewier and more delicious. It's great for making French toast or simply toasting in a toaster 😋.

*Bake bread at 329°F for 20 minutes, and morning bread at 338°F for 30 minutes.
*After baking and cooling, portion and store in the freezer. Defrost at room temperature for a similar taste experience as when first made!
