As India's curfew has continued, both the body and mind were being exhuasted.
Especially, in Shantiniketan, where the beautiful nature is it's proud, you feel more down inside the house.
In the meantime, when I was able to walk freely, I used to stay at home whole day..
Since the situation is like this I'm really regretting that.
So, today, I'd like to clear my mind by organizing spaces !!
I organized and set up my Studio room for a place for yoga and meditation.
The room became a place to recharge positive energy and release negative energy.
(Changing your space can make you really happy!)
