The char keutiau(ckt) is good because of the cockles, it is fresh and delicious. If you take away all the cockles and only taste the ckt, it is below average. You are there because of the siham, not the ckt. Macao Emper Tart's siew pau is really good, very crispy skin and must handle with care. I was recommended to this shop by Elmo Lee's channel.

The popiah is authentic . We found it by chance. Closes on mons n tues. After a lunch somewhere we would have this as a snack. Starts at 12pm onwards. Old fadhinoed treat.

SG hawkers MUST learn from them. Just look at the generous ingredients!!. SG char kway teow only 2-3 pcs of miserable small cockles. Even when you pay for additional cockles you'll get 5-6 pcs more. Each plate cost SGD4 to 5. Even the char siew pau is solidly filled with char siew. They give you your money's worth.

Reasonable price? Not really. The cockles are really good and fresh, not the char keutiau it is below average. You are there for the siham, not ckt.

@@Jackweskey For it "uniqueness", should try for once. It is easy to copy but nobody is copying. Perhaps it is hard to get good cockles. It is the cockles that made the dish.

All the good food in Seremban is in early morning. Goto Pasar Besar Seremban is the best. Do not try your luck after 11am, you might not get anything.

An experienced frier will not add water to the Kueh grow. This will soften it. Just control the flame buy reducing it .

Extra cockles is not the standard serving.. you have to pay extra$$$..the cha kueh teow if not served with the extra cockles is nothing special.

@@chankongart Without ckt, it will not be good, even it is a below average ckt. Some master class ckt, cook one plate at a time, to have the best aroma and wok hei. This ckt is done by mass cooking. Which you did not notice or did not watch the video.

Temiang Seremban full of delicious food, especially noodles, more than 100++ stall I guess. The Hakka mee at Dragon Inn stall is better, the others are so so but its price is cheapest at Temiang.

The 2nd segment fishball soup looks really attractive. So is the stationwagon siew yoke, some very honest looking siew yoke I gota say. The 1st segment char kway tiau got a wrong name. It should be economy kway tiau as they're fried in bulk. At best, it should only be called Economy kway tiau topped with raw see hum. And the price is horrendous!

We need to boycott greedy seller who thought we are western countries or Ukraine. Malaysia is part of OPEC and we are not suffering the same fate as western countries.
