This is definitely the best recording of the three shanties. I will be listening to this more for a reference, nice job to you all.

Played it on oboe. 2 part is my favourite. I gave up with oboe several years ago but I had nostalgie while I was watching)

Playing this on clarinet. The notes and rhythms are pretty easy, but I find the hard part to be staying consistently together.

Another horn here, enjoying all the playing, particularly the horn. I performed this with my "alternative" wind quintet when i was at school. We had to substitute bassoon with a bass clarinet and oboe with a soprano sax but it worked!

@delArteEnsemble How long did you guys work on this? Were in highschool and we really like this piece but we aren't sure if we should go for this or something easier. As an ensemble we last played Contrapunctus XII by Bach.

Great pieces! Could you post the names of the shanties, though? I know the first one is Drunken Sailor but I don't recognize the others.

I think the third movement could have been slower maybe 2/3 the speed you were going at but overall you were great keep it up

I appreciated the complexity as a musical piece and I was amazed at the fullness of the sound that five people got. Representative of the shanties, it is most definately not, however.
