Also so so saddened Malcolm has left us. Knew him for 20 years, sweet soul, amazing musician.

"How Y'all doin' out there?" Frightened, and mesmerized by the sheer brilliance, all at the same time. Like watching a train wreck, that turns out to be gloriously beautiful. I do hope nobody got hurt

A wonderful mentor for any guitarist/singer/songwriter! I love the fact that his lyrics are more like poetry than narrative!

Picking style reminds me of Bert Jansch's. Head shake is like Phil Anselmo's. Dress sense Neil Young. Voice is all Malcolm Holcombe.

He boils them, I know that. Miss him. An American treasure lost to us, but he left us with so much perfect music to remember him by.
