I was in a serious car accident almost 5yrs ago, I’ve had 3 spinal surgeries in 2.5 yrs and I had my pain meds in my car last December… I NEVER have my meds with me, but for some reason when I had grabbed one I didn’t put them back in my safe and had them in my pocket when I went to the store I didn’t want them to fall out of my pocket… Someone stole them out of my car, it was soooo difficult to get them replaced and I ended up hospitalized in the meantime for pain management! People see them and think they can make some money or they can get high, but for people who truly need them and use them correctly it’s absolutely miserable without them!
@heybea891
2 жыл бұрын
I had that happen when my pharmacy was sending my meds through the mail. The mailman delivered it to the wrong house. A random guy, not my neighbor, stole them. I filed police report and then ended up in the E.R. With severe medication withdrawal. NOT fun😞 luckily the guy did get caught and arrested! He had to pay restitution to me but that didn’t help. It’s no joke and most of mine they wouldn’t replace. I’m sorry to hear about your situation. I couldn’t imagine. Take care!!

This guy is trying to make himself look good, but his excuses aren't making up for what he did. He didn't like that his girlfriend was listening to someone other than him. I'm guessing that he had her living like his puppet, and it sounds like he wasn't doing shit, but selling dreams. Dudes like that have low self esteem, but they often times try to hide it behind trying hard to be cool and tough. I have so many reasons to snap and destroy, I’m sure many in here feel this, but this guy here, he is a living definition of a human who cannot hold his temper and snapped, he let that fire feeling in his heart trump over his gut instinct and this is the outcome of his choice and actions. If we cannot control a situation or it doesn’t want to, then move on if you feel disrespected, start new, eventually it will work out, but he chose to be weak, he dissed prudence for pride. No woman is worth doing prison time for. No excuses for murder, he better repent and mean it.

Remember, none of the evidence from "their" ways of proving or trying to prove your guilt, can be admissible in court to help you. It'll get restricted and denied from evidence. Unless it helps the prosecution, then you can argue it. But even then it may be restricted in some places and won't help you at all. When the lawyers say "INVOKE YOUR 5TH AMENDMENT AND DON'T SAY A DAMN WORD FROM START TO FINISH" It's really the only option. Your silence can't be held against you in court.
