Your wrong. My brother in-law (LEO) was almost run off the road by a teenager. He hit his car and kept going. Bro pulls in front of him and stops, and starts yelling at the kid for being reckless, and gets arrested by state police. Some dashcammer showed the mean old white dude yelling at a poor young teenager. He didn't get the previous impact, and my bro almost hitting a tree. Teenagers do stupid shit, then play that I don't know, I didn't do anything bullcrap.

@@mellyb2003 Really they're both at fault, imo. Cutting someone off doesn't give the right to hit them with your vehicle, nor does that give the Nissan the right to take his keys. They're both idiots acting on emotion, "road rage". Truck vs small car, remember if this happens to you just hit the gas and don’t roll your window down or open the door. In most states to be successful in a stand your ground defense, the defendant must prove the following three things: You are not engaged in a crime; You are somewhere you are legally allowed to be; and. That you feel deadly force is the only way to defend yourself or another person against the threat.

Wtf... he cut him off, after the teen rightfully defended himself, the man stole his car keys!!! he then grabbed the teen in a headlock while driving away... so that's attempt at murder right there, along with theft, and wreckless driving... he could face up to 20 years in prison for something like this...

Can’t be kidnapping or imprisonment if other charges outweigh it. Besides courts don’t like too many charges so despite the charges he’s being charged with he’ll probably only be guilty of 1 or 2 of them because courts in America prefer giving criminals minimal charges
