Losing freedom of speech, just look at the way the police are dressed like storm troopers, police brutality causing people deaths. I was watching the other day in America a man was handcuffed they said he was intoxicated, the police ended up breaking his neck and back then they were mocking the poor man I think while he was dead the family are suing the police force.

With that hairdo, Joan Bennett looks almost identical to Hedy Lamarr. Hedy was personally involved in WW II , even invented a way for our ships to avoid attacks from enemy ships. Her invention is now considered the background for the cell phones today. In fact, they say that without her invention, we may not have cell phones today. Her ex- husband was a German Munitions magnate from whom she tried unsuccessfully several times to leave, then escaped dressed as her maid. When I first started watching this film, I thought she had snagged a part related to her own life. But I forgot that she spoke very little English, so made very few movies. Sorry to go off on a tangent about Hedy.

They stopped teaching history. What is taught is politically filtered and revised. In my long life, I have observed that human nature is the same the world over and throughout all time. The odious characters in the Nazi regime and others are still here with us today in our communities. While they might lack the opportunities, they find their ways into authority roles which empower them to torture our citizens as much as they can. Certainly some police and officials relish the taking of our freedoms and our dignity - our rights. Sad, but true and realistic.

I know this is but a tale to tell but my my doesn't it turn your stomach to see how simply the war mongrel comes out in the husband. The servant and the female friend can't be spoken candidly in front of for fear of being informed on and in their own house. It is even worse in 2020 cos you got twitter etc and millions of informers all over the world. I can't wait to see how the communist bosses in china end up. I have nothing but sadness in my heart for the people on the street in china. I can't imagine having to live under that regime having had a 66 year taste of freedom here in Australia.

Seems like the person putting up this movie is a Trump hater, by the title of the person showing this video. Not nice making fun of mistakes of others. I and every human being who sends texts have made spelling errors. Be Kind. Plus the implied reference to Trump being Hitler is not funny, amazing, or true, unless you were under Hitler’s government. Be grateful we’ve lived in a free country so far.

"When one country thinks it's superior to others" as Hitler thought in 1939 trying to take forcefully back what Germany lost after WW1 is happening today 2022. Thanks Sheila for your true words and to Covfefe Trump for down loading this great truthful movie. But remember just because you are a certain nationality, your race is undesirable and should be hated or done away with like it was through time and alot are treated today. Remembering some songs of the 60s and 70s, All you need is love, Or war what is it good for, absolutely nothing

Yes America and Americans have had that attitude for a very long time but now with their cities being turned into s**tholes with the homeless, out of control crime and Hitler like leaders arresting political opponents on trumped up charges it is now becoming clear that America is just a third rate country.

I like tho how Nolan’s character treats her in a very professional manner, without making a play for her or any sort of love interest. He helps her out as a friend and fellow American but by not trying to start something it shows her as a strong character.

1:13:55 Here's where Ricky's mom should casually stand up and say.... Well that's all interesting. I'll let you you boys think this one through while I take Ricky for a walk to the park. I'll be back in time for you to go to your meeting if you are still going. When I come back we can discus whether or not you still want to divorce me and then I'll decide whether or not I want to stay with you in Germany...... And that would be the last they'd ever see of her and Ricky.

This film should be added to the historical films of the past. Quite accurate it many ways. We know what happened after the 1930s ended and hopefully won’t be repeated in our times but looks like it may be repeated on the other side of the world
