To Me, It reminds Me of the first burger I ever made (personally if it's not smash style I prefer a medium rare burg). It's absolutely not "the best" if we are being honest. Imagine how much of a game changer this was during the times though. To look at the smash style burgers with brisket/chuck/sirloin blends with toasted potato buns & the sweet/acidic sauce styles to cut through the inherent richness that burgers naturally provide the palette, it really goes to showcases how much we have elevated the burger game. It's fascinating to Me that in regards to any culinary techniques and recipes that exist, that if there is something to be improved upon, human beings will figure it out and inevitably improve it. in regards to food, it is absolutely the best time to be alive.

draxx Sklounst make sure you get it on video, tag it, then make it a trend so everyone else starts doing it as well until chef’s finally stop pretending their burger/dog/etc. is so special or well-made that it’s the only one that doesn’t need ketchup. Burgers don’t need pickles on them either, hot dogs don’t need mustard on it, steaks don’t need salt on them, etc. etc, but WHY would any chef be arrogant enough to not only not offer it, but to go as far as to ask a customer not to add it themselves? Leave a bottle of ketchup on the table before you leave 👌

OMG that's an awesome business model. Set up shop in front of a burger joint selling packets of mustard and ketchup to people who don't want it on their burger. If they did, they wouldn't be eating there.

You know I could buy some of the upselling these kind of shows do with food because theyre not gonna say it sucks or its even meh but louis lunch objectively is a pile of crap, i mean its the first burger essentially boiled and placed on soggy bread but this is hilarious lol

What would happen if i go in and ordered a burger and i bring my own toppings. A round fluffy bun,a thick piece of pure beef patty, cheese, ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise, tomatoes, lettuce, bacon, pickles, onion, avocado, and jalapenos.

You end up with a good burger lol. I dont live too far from this place, I'm really thinking about coming in with a big bottle of ketchup in my jacket and sitting down to eat and dumping the whole fucking bottle onto it just to be that guy lol.

I’ve had this burger before. It was soggy and the meat tasted bland. That police officer said that it’s probably the best burger in the country. That’s one hell of a stretch there pal. There’s a reason why burgers aren’t prepared this way anymore.

I like ketchup on my hamburger... and prefer cheese over Cheez Whiz. Doing some quick math using today's prices it likely costs right around $1.00 to make one of their hamburgers with cheese and the side of potato salad... and thats using grocery store prices, not wholesale. I was going to finish saying "So they are probably so popular because they are likely the cheapest food option around" but I checked their menu online and it says they charge $11 for that cheese burger and potato salad combo.
