Is Mana village open now?
Where is the last village of India?
Hi, I am Rajeev Jain & I welcome you to my channel "inmyframes" If you're an avid traveller who likes to explore places, then this video is for you. Here, we take you on a journey from Delhi to Mana which is last Indian Village on this side of Uttarakhand and you will find a trail wandering up to this tranquil village from Badrinath. The village houses natural escapes, religious sites, thriving rivers & waterfalls. According to Hindu texts, the way to heaven goes from here, and it is the place from where Pandavas took the route to their eternal journey.
This last Indian village Mana is about 50 km from the Sino-Indian border and currently depends upon the pilgrim activities and travellers exploring the remoteness and adventures of the place.
In winter it becomes inaccessible due to heavy snowfall.
The ideal time to visit Badrinath Temple is from May to October. The temple is closed from October/ November, and is reopened around April.
