Security Management with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint or MDE is a fairly new method that can be used to apply security configuration on unenrolled devices including mobile devices like iOS and Android. In this video Andy sets up Intune with an Application protection policy to use conditional launch with the Outlook App. As an unenrolled device the iOS iPhone is onboarded with MDE and registered with Azure AD.
The video shows setting up the configuration and walks through installing the apps and testing MDE on a mirrored iOS device.
