Can't we increase the dose of atropine instead of going to transcutaneous pacing? Can't we use adrenaline instead?

on march 8th i was prescribed a proton pump inhibitor known as pantoprazole, at that time my resting heart rate was 58 i have taken the medication for 29 days and since then my resting heart rate has dropped to mid 40s do you think it could be causing this?

atropine fails Temp pacing then adrenaline dopa or you dont have trans cutaneous pacing
