Hi! What if somebody book an appointment in person? How can I manage it easily via Amelia? Should I book it by myself if I want to make that appointment unavailable for the others?

Hi, great video. I have it set up so when a booking is make it created a WooCommerce order. This is booking from the front end, can I also have it create a WooCommerce order from bookings created from the back end...?

Hello! In my backend Appointments page, the option "+ New appointment" doesn’t show up and I can not edit any pre existing appointment, as well as, change the status. The selection is greyed out. I am the administrator of the WP, so I can't understand how can I not edit nothing in that specific backend page.

Can someone please show me to a video on (what should be) the most basic task? I need to change the availability of appointment times. Under settings, this changes nothing.

Hello again, In your previous post we mentioned that the availability of the service is defined by employees' working hours, so you would need to edit those in order to achieve this. When you go to Amelia/Employees, and select that employee, go to the Work Hours tab. In there create several working periods. "My employee" would work on "Service 1" and "Service 2" from 08:00 - 10:30, on "Second" service from 10:30 - 15:30, and then again on "Service 1" and "Service 2" from 15:30 - 24:00. You'd be adding these periods by clicking on the blue + sign next to the name of the day, in the top right. The system is not working as it should, or at least I can't find a way to make it work properly. I need to be able to manually schedule clients from the admin side, specifically those who haven’t registered online for a group class, but I can’t seem to do it. I’ve activated the options in the roles that allow scheduling at any time, but when I try to schedule more than one person for the same time slot, the system automatically hides that slot. All the services are correctly set with the maximum number of people allowed for the group class, which is 30, and the instructors can accept up to 30 participants. So, I’m not sure what’s going wrong.

if one of the spots(customers) wanted to change the time/date, how can I separate them and correct it? Because I have try to correct/delete one of them then the system will help me to correct/delete the entire group of customers....

How does an employee change the booking from pending to approved? When I login that selection is greyed out and I cannot change it to approved show it will show up on the Google calendar.

Hello Amy, if you want to only block those hours for one day, you could configure different working hours for that date on the "Special days" tab for the specific employee.

I need the option to book appointments for ever 15 minutes. How can I do that? I also need to be able to set the buffer time to 5, 10, or 15 minutes.

Hello Tamie, thank you for reaching out to us. You can set the "Default time slot step" value to 5 minutes on the Amelia/Settings/General page and then you will be able to set buffer time to 5, 10, 15 minutes and duration of services to any value that is divisible by 5.

You can suggest that feature on the following link: features.wpamelia.com/ We carefully follow suggestions from our customers and the more vote the feature gets, the more priority we put on implementing that feature in one of the future updates. 2. At the moment, we have the ability to create coupons in Amelia The coupons tab can be found on the “Finance” page but only if the “Coupons” option is enabled in the “Payments Settings”. It allows you to create promotions to offer customers discounted prices for their appointment/events by a percentage or cash discount.
