I can remember leaving the room crying after we went 2-1 down and my Dad had to come and get me and said that’s what football is all about: you have to watch your team win and lose. So I came back and watched with tears in my eyes and ended up seeing both goals and my team win the title. Just shows you shouldn’t give up hope until it’s over💙

Such a weird moment, we found out we survived and were having a massive celebration. 60 seconds later city went and scored. Suddenly the whole stadium in unison were celebrating together. Best game ever

@Classic Sport Classic TIYL I think the game where United really lost the grip on the title was their home match with Everton 4-4 unbelievable match and result. I sort of knew City had it in the bag after this result. But apart from that City had to beat United of course, and we beat them twice home & away that season. But after the Everton game at Old Trafford it was more or less in City's hands.

After Dzeko's equalising goal, QPR kicking off from the centre circle give the ball straight back to City by kicking the ball back into City's half. As a City fan I could never quite understand why they did that, but so glad they did. if QPR kept possession from the kick off, the Aguero moment or City winning the title simply wouldn't have happened.

I find it funny how United fans had a grudge against Sunderland for so many years after this for celebrating when City beat them to the title. The whole country was cheering against them, not just Sunderland, everyone wanted to see them knocked off their perch.

i remember watching this game in tears for about 10 minutes, when aguero scored the pub i was in erupted, qpr fans celebrating with us, singing and dancing the whole way home, what an awful amazing night it was

I’m a united fan , we’ve had plenty of late winners. And this was late as it gets , but still a magic moment. It’s football and it still makes me cry and still gives me goosebumps. “Football Bloody hell” ... let’s hope football is as good and as normal as this soon.. Stay safe June 2020 world pandemic and race riots in a world gone hell bent on destroying its self 😢

As an American sports fan whose favorite sports is NBA basketball and baseball-this was the most incredible ending to a season ever. Never so close to calamity in Football. I didn't know that they won it on goal difference. Amazing.

Best football moment ever!.....I am a Man City fan....I was in my local boozer watching the game....United fans were laughing at us Blues, as they thought we had blown it going down 2-1 to QPR....but when we levelled their faces dropped as they knew, we still had a shout....and when Aguero banged it in the back of the net....I let those Reds fans....have a taste of their own medicine....and laughed straight back in their faces!....It was pure, magical heaven to see the horror and disbelief on their faces..lol...Their noisy blue neigbours, were now their superiors.

I remember this was in ESPN here in the US and it was the most incredible finish to a season. This is what football and sport can do to us. I support Chelsea but my God this was unbelievable. The drama and joy to see on the City supporters. ManCity won but football won too. Amazing finish.

I am a City fan and I remember that match as if it was yesterday all of the tears I cried when were 2 1 down I thought oh not again and my daughter who's a Utd supporter rang me and was saying see told you haven't got the staying power I was absolutely thrilled I couldn't even speak
