A run through some of the less salubrious parts of Manchester.😄 I know these areas well from street level so I like to keep flicking back to Google maps when I watch these videos to see where we're up to. Thanks.

Most of these once passenger lines - which are now mainly used for freight and ECS movements should be reopened for passengers once again and some of the stations reopened! This can help support the local economy and encourage locals back onto the trains and ease pressure off the buses!

Very good to include the first maintenance point before the washer at Newton Heath.

Very interesting video, made more so by the inclusion of signal information and which signal box is controlling each section of the line.

They are that long for the expresses to London - They are about 11 carriage Class 390's

@@martinjh999 Ah, I suspect they are from way before the 390's. More like the steam era trains when they could be up to 15 coaches, sometimes even longer.

Why don’t you show the speed of the train??? As well as the line speed..

Because I only have one camera, and most trains run at or near to line speed

Disappointed to see that you're continuing to show signal clusters, not the live signal display. Also we don't need all the info at bottom right about signal control. Not happy.

It’s a route learning video. That’s the information required for such a video.

@@danners4302 "A route-learning video"? Really? Then why the permanent disclaimer 'for guidance only'?
@danners4302

@@roboftherock it was made as a route learning video, going by how it was made professionally by a company. The disclaimer is because once it’s uploaded to KZitem it’s no longer controlled and can’t be used for route learning.
