500 grams KingFish
2 tbsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp Turmeric Powder
Salt as per taste
1 whole lime juice
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1 tbsp Cornflour
Water
Ghee Roast Masala
10-12 Byadagi / Kashmiri red Chillies
3 tsp Coriander seeds / Dhaniya
2 tsp Cumin Seeds / Jeera
1 tsp Black Pepper Corns
Pinch of fenugreek Seeds / Methi
Pinch of Carom Seeds / Ajwain
8-10 Curry Leaves
6-7 cloves of garlic
1 inch Ginger
1 Tsp Ghee
Tamarind small piece
Turmeric
4-5 cashews (Optional)
Frying the Fish in 3 tbsp Ghee / Coconut Oil
