looked purty good i love pickled eggs . theres a trick to peeling them eggs brother i think if i remember right you add a teaspoon or so of baking soda to the water when your boiling them and it makes them easier to peel . other then that your do what i do .

Try adding mustard to your pickling mix. Pretty good eats. You are right. Allot of work. Almost not worth it. My brother gave me over 200 one time. Never again.

Actual mustard or the seeds because I din't have the seeds but really thought about adding table mustard for sure...lol.
