@RookieRunnersPod invited me to a bridge running session. Only problem is that I fear heights. However, he mentioned that bridge running improves muscle strength and the cardiovascular system and can improve your speed, making you a faster runner. All of that sounded good to me, so I decided to work on my fear and see if I could make it across the bridge. If I did, I’d wind up with a 12-mile long run, I learned.
