Today's video covers this week's marathon training!
I kicked off the week with an intense track session where I pushed my limits and focused on speed and endurance. It was challenging, but totally worth it!
For my recovery run, I took it nice and easy, allowing my body to recover and recharge. It's crucial to strike a balance between pushing hard and allowing proper rest and recovery.
Thursday's run took a different turn as I incorporated some strides on the grass. These short bursts of speed help improve my running form and overall efficiency.
Remember, marathon training is a journey that requires dedication, perseverance, and proper planning. I'm grateful for the progress I'm making and excited to see how far I'll go!
