Powdered Sugar - 250g (weight whole sugar then grind into pwd)
Egg Yolks - Separated from 250g of whole eggs (without shells) approx. 6 small eggs
Vanilla Extract - 2 Tsp
Cocoa Powder - 2 Tbsp
