🔴 Recipe: (weight of pound cake: 1000 g)
• 270 g of wheat flour type 450, e.g. cake flour, (less than 2 cups)
• 6 eggs (320g)
• 240 g of sugar (1 and 1/4 cup)
• 200 g butter or 150 g oil)
• 75 g of milk (6 tablespoons) or water
• 20 g of cocoa (2 flat spoons)
• 15 g baking powder (2 teaspoons)
• pinch of salt
• 6 g of grated lemon peel
Bake at 170°C for approx. 45 minutes
Mold with a diameter of 23 cm
🔺️Bake at 175°C for about 40 minutes
You can stick a stick in. If it is dry, the cake is baked.
🔺️ Glass with a capacity of 250 ml
