The MARCH algorithm is something you’ll learn in TECC/TCCC, and some stop the bleed classes. Here our medical instructor and paramedic Josh explains it and demonstrates some “ifs”. As always a lot of this will be context based, for example a paramedic doing MARCH in the wagon vs a SWAT guy post engagement.
There’s also other versions of MARCH that include other letters, and plenty of other acronyms other than MARCH that help people triage.
